    The Flu Vaccination

    My employer offers free flu shots .
    I believe I got sick from my shot a few years back and I'm told thats not possible .
    This year it seems the NEWS and everyone is expressing the need to get this flu shot

    So who gets vaccinated here or what do people think ?

    I do and I already got mine a month ago. Never got sick. This years vacine has the H1N1 mixed in with it. I would get it...

    Never got it, never will. This flu shot is so over hyped it is unbelievable. People really need to start thinking for themselves. I don't care if everyone in the world was getting it, if you are a semi healthy human being the flu shot is total BS (IMO). Now if you have a medical condition, immune conditions or are elderly then MAYBE i would think about it but other than that no thank you.

    How about if you get sick, your body builds up an immunity to it then you never get it again ? Or i could inject all these chemicals into my body which shouldn't be there. I'll go for what has been working for thousands of years.

    yeah i never get a shot...i like to let my immune system handle things...and combine that with safe flu season practices like not touching door handles (i use my feet and elbows when possible) not touching eyes/mouth/nose when i have been around people, ect. makes for safer season. and I definately avoid kids this time of year. they and their parents are always sick....
