Great job with the video posting, makes it much easier to make assessments. I am going to give you some very honest critiques. You have to remember the moment you decide to do a show the standard is raised.
1-After seeing you in 3D I can confirm my doubts about your 6% caliper test. I would say you are actually in the 10-11% range. Still in a good place for the time you have. Just dont have then mindset, "I am almost ready" as you need to be a true 6% before you can start thinking that. You still have a lot of work to do conditioning wise.
2-You need to practice your posing as you will do it on stage. 1/4 turns, repose, Front Double Bi, Front Lat Spread, Side Chest, Side Tricep, Back Lat Spread, Back Double Bi with opposite calf displayed, Overhead Abdominal Thigh, Most Muscular, back to repose. You need to get into each pose the same way each time and hold it for at least 5-10 seconds. NO FIDGETING BETWEEN POSES!. Your transitions from pose to pose need to be methodical and planned. Absolutely postively no looking at your muscles when you pose, this screams amateur. I would also try and get the camera situated so your legs can be seen. As tough as posing is, learning to hit your legs from ALL 8 poses is very tough to do. As far as your arms on the back double bi, go parallel to the ground with the upper arms or slightly raised. Dont bring them up high, you have a great taper and if you raise your arms up it will begin to disappear.
Good job overall and I will be looking forward to watching your progress over the next 3 months.

Glad to hear you are open to constructive critiques. As far as the BF test, dont get too hung up on the number. This is one area where consistentcy is more important than accuracy. It should be used as a gauge to be sure what you are doing is working and gives you information on what diet/cardio changes need to be implemented. The sole reason I brought up the BF% was because at 6% bodyfat you will be pretty much ready to step on stage. I dont want someone convincing you that is your what your current look is and that you are almost ready.

Glad to hear you are using the Parrillo method, Same method and calcs I use. I checked for reference purposes and my last skinfold in that range had me @ 8.59% when I was at 217.7 lbs. My contest weight for that show ended up being 191lbs.
Also, doing test after meals and hydration tends to give you a bit leaner reading, remember the water and food registers as lean mass.

He should not be rounding up or down. 2.5 is 2.5. I do my measurements to the 7/8th. If you round off 1/2 mm's on all 9 sites you will get a very large amount of error. That kinda shit drives me nuts.
