Can you name a two sided object?

Simple question: Name a two sided object. Show us what it is.

A mobius strip has only two sides. As for the general name for such a class of shapes there is none.

    Not according to Euclidean geometry.

A geometric line, graphed on an XY axis, NOT an XYZ axis, has two sides.

If it was on an XYZ axis then that would change things.

^You're talking as if it were on an XYZ axis here, so that's why it was misleading.

There's no "thinner" on an XY axis.

Yah, limiting it to 3D (and not sides) would've been clearer, but I still think it's an interesting question.

I'm sure that I'm right, but I'm open for debate because I'm a huge nerd, and I love philosophy and math and nerdy stuff.

it is interesting...i see a line drawn on a piece of paper as a 2d object, with 4 sides...i see a line plotted in 3d is a line with 6 sides if height is introduced...but technically, the line drwn on the piece of paper could have a measured height, if you had the right measuring instrument...

I'd say that a circle is a polygon with an infinite amount of sides.

so you're saying the surface is not a curved line but many small straight lines that look curved? like a 3D model in computer game? i can see that in a "limited by hardware" computer model...but what about a bubble floating in the air?

Oh geez. This is what I get for multi-tasking.

I thought we were talking about a circle, not a sphere!

Not to back track, but I guess it depends on what your definition of "side" is?

Unless you count the inside (and outside = 2 sides) of the sphere,

like if imagined curving a piece of paper or something else malleable up into that shape?

right, but i was imagining the sphere or doughnut as a solid to come up with one side...a hollow sphere or doughnut, yes, would have two sides
