    I am 39 today.

    Turned 39 today and have to say I am in better shape now then I have ever been in my life. I owe all of this to these boards and it's members for guiding me along the way the past two years. Thanks all.

    happy b-day from a fellow old timer....and i hear what you saying about being in the shape of your life, i feel the same way and love it when the young dudes at the gym are in aww that the old guy looks better than they do....it makes me not mind getting older...

    I hit the big 50 today - posts that is, not age. :-) Agewise, I am 55 and agree with dukkitdalaw - don't peak too soon! Keep up the great work on your mind and body and one day you too can say 55 is the new 35! Oh yeah - Congrats and Happy Birthday!
