What is your New Years Resolution?
Just curious what kind of resolutions everyone has this year..
Mine started 3 months ago I didnt want to wait till the 1st to implement it.
I quit smoking cigs after 28 years.. havn't had not even one hit since october...I figured my second child was on his way and if I ever was going to quit, then before the chaos broke out would be the time.

Congrats on quitting smoking!
My resolution is to take this whole thing to the next level. I plan to focus like never before. I want to impress myself with my dedication, and the subsequent results.
10% bodyfat or bust! I'd LOVE to add some mass, possibly find out if the possess the deltoid muscle group or not... we shall see! =P

Yeh its hard to invision going the rest of my life without the calming effects of nicotine.I guess that is why they say one day at a time.It gets overwhelming when you look at the big picture...Kinda like am I really gonna have to work for 30 more years...AAAaarrrgh!!!!heheheh

I dipped for a while and have a descent approach to quitting.I did this myself.Go a whole day without a dip then take a small one. a full day and a half without, take a small one...Go two days without a dip,wake up and take the HUGEST dip you have ever taken.. swallow the spit and you will get so sick, even the smell of it will make you gag!!! Done with the dip!! Believe me it works!!!
Big weight there bro..How close are you to 500 now?

Hit 240lbs (about 10lbs more to go)
Bench 500lbs ( around 450ish now)
While keeping my 32" waist!!!

My goal since day 1 in this whole fitness thing has always been to hit 195lbs. Im at 182-184lbs now so i feel this is a realistic goal. I would like to do this while maintaining my current bf% of about 10%.
The sad part about this game is never being satisfied with the image the mirror reflects...even though ive obviously came a looong way.
