FVCK ALL YOU GUYS! Military pressed 315 today for 3!!!!
Now that I got your attention.... I dont mean to be flooding the forum with bragging rights but its been the best few weeks of my life for strength.
Barbell Military Pressed 315 for 3 reps today all on my own!! Did the 4th with a spot so that means next week im having someone shoot the video and Im gonna post it to prove it!!!
I threw 6 plates on just to see how close I would be in a few weeks but repped out 3 and it was a shocking surprize!!! Vid next week!!!

Im getting 255 for 8, shoulders being moderately strong body part on me.

**** you too bro. That is sick I cant wait to see the video. I have a huge shoulder press compared to the guys I train with or see in the gym and you got me by a good 70lbs. I didnt think it would be possible to pass the 3bills mark on military. I wanted to finally get into the 500+lb range on my bench but now I might have to change focuses this year.

thats very impressive.. i do not know where i would be with military press, i have not done military press in years, i need to incorporate it into my routine.. I work out with 50kg dumbells for shoulder press, but do not know what that would translate to in military with a barbell.. either way, great job bud, are you on any juice right now?

I have no idea what 50kg means in pounds. lol
And I got all my shoulder size from barbell. I feel DB helped them round a bit more, but for overall size, barbell got me my shoulders.
