    Ask me about my transformation in progress.

    I need to increase post count. I am trying to contribute posts with some value, but with no AAS experience, I can't offer much other than a little decent diet advice. I have a very interesting story to tell as I am in the midst of a complete body overhaul. I used to be a real fat @$$ and now I'm getting fit. Ask me questions please...

    I started out at 250 pounds in June 2009. By March of 2010 I got down to 175. I am currently 190ish with quite a bit more muscle mass. On day 4 of another cut right now to try to shed more body fat.
