    Yeah, that's why I don't f*ck with the gym anymore. I built my own gym at home (converted my guest house). I had those same 150lb punks trying to tell me how to lift. It was hilarious when you consider that I can curl what they squat! LOL!!!!

    First and foremost, very impressive. I couldnt rep it with that form or any form for that matter. I do have to say, this is why I dont pay much attention to people when they state the poundages they lift. Especially for things like leg presses, squats, overhead presses and other exercises where strict form and full ROM can make make a huge difference in the amount lifted. Bottom line is if it works (and judging by your delts it is) then keep doing it.
