how much LBM can you gain per year w/o AAS?
ive been lifting for close to 2.5 years now but only been training seriously for about 1.5 years or so . i just did the math and the way i see it ive put on around 25 pounds of mass in this time. is this good, average, bad?
thoughts?
edit: in 2.5 years

Thats a good amount natural.
This questions cant be answered easily there are so many variables. Diet, training, genetics, etc...
8-12lbs is obtainable, but the closer you get to your genetic potential the harder this will get.

very optimistic, if your getting 8lb solid muscle per year you are doing well. some are freaks though and can get more

Its been proven, LBM is in direct proportionate to how much one consumes any of Muscletech supplements.

There's a guy I knew it high school who gained 30 pounds in two months. He started off at 5'9" around 165 and ended up at 195. He was fairly muscular to begin with and put on very little fat from what I could see. Then a year later he did a superdrol cycle at 10mgs for 4 weeks and put on another 20lbs.
This kid was a genetic freak. Who knows how big he could have gotten if he would've stuck with it.
