Workout for girlfriend
Ok guys my girlfriend and her friend asked me for a plan for them to help them burn a little off their stomachs and love handles and to help make their butts even bigger. They both already have big butts but they want them bigger, and neither is overweight at all or anything but they still want to burn a little off to tone up more so.
But so any suggestions on some stuff? They both like running so I am gonna tell them to do either 2 or 3 miles, and then I thought they could do lunges and squats using those light body bar kind of things.
So:
2.5 miles
Lunges- Down and back 3 times, about 35ft each way
Squats- 4 sets 15reps
and what other suggestions do you all have? I can think of more for them to do but didnt know if you all had some better suggestions

I could come up with a nice lengthy cardio plan for both them

Check out the secrets of figure model thread. Have em do the excercises in that video.
For the fat burning have them do interval cardio and tell them to put down lean cuisines.

I don't need to see pics. I saw the real thing before they left to go back to fatties last night. When fattie gives them my advice they will be like oh that's crazy that's what stack told us too.

Have them watch some cross training videos and see if it interests them. I suggested it to my ex and she loves it.

Deep steps into the stairmaster will get the cardio in and hit their asses nicely

Alright man, I am having her do a mile to warm up then go out to the track and walk 30 seconds then sprint 30 seconds for 10 minutes. then do some weighted lunges, 4 sets of 15 on full squats with a body bar and then I might have her do some more stuff maybe some cycling or leg press and stuff at the end to finish up

doesnt straight leg dead lifts do hams and glutes? just a light weight nothing crazy
