I need help staying awake
Do any of you all have suggestions to help me stay awake in class? I have never in my life had a problem with staying awake in class. All of highschool I would go to bed around 130 or 2 and be up around 7 and have more energy all day long than the people who would go to bed at like 9. It never made much sense to me considering I couldnt fall asleep then in class if I tried.
Now I'm at college and I straight up cannot keep my eyes open in class. I dont know why but no matter what class it is and no matter how awake I am before I go in, while I am taking notes when I look down at my paper for some reason its like my eyes get blurry and just start to shut. I cant keep them open for anything and once that happens the rest of the class I will be fighting to stay awake.
My schedule now is MWF I have classes from 9-3 and then a few days out of the week I work from 4-9 then workout as soon as i get back and then make it to bed around 130-2. TTh I have classes from 11-3 and then the same if I work and workout. So if I wake up at 8 I am still getting 6 hours of sleep which isnt too bad but for some reason I just cant keep my eyes open.
Also the only time I ever have caffeine is before I workout, I was taking animal pump around 630 on the days I dont work so I mean it should be worn off by the time I am going to bed.
Somebody help me lol

you could try Modafinil (aka Provigil in the States and Modiodal in Europe) this will give your the desired alertness and wakefullness.Google it

5 hour energy helped save my job in the early part of the day. If i take numerous energy support products in one day, the 5 hour loses its effectiveness. So, i take only that and im good. Pre workout i take vit c and arginine and these do not seem to interfere with the 5 hours effectiveness.

I have an Rx for ritalin..... i get it refilled like clock work, but take once in awhile... my inventory is in the low thousands

Haha I have considered the cocaine route, but Times Roman do you mind sharing I have taken multiple tests online that all said i have ADD and i have felt like i have had it since i was little. I have always been smart and done well in school but I have never been able to pay attention for long and have almost no studying ability because I cannot focus whatsoever. Another sign is little stuff annoys me soo bad its unreal and I didnt know it but online it said that was a symptom of ADD...sounds like i need a prescription lol

Is it possible to take naps during the day? Better to nap between classes than during class. I have been there, and know that there is nothing better than actually getting sleep.

Haha Kawigirl I would be asleep after that lol and I really would rather not do that...i feel like when I have a gf and i watch porn and stuff it kinda makes me less turned on by them idk i dont like it lol i mean i do but not how it makes me feel with them its not worth it so i have been trying not to lol.
Machine, if i lost much fat I would be at 0% haha.
Johnny yes there is before my last class I have a 2 hour break that I eat lunch during and stuff... I really just need some coke anybody got an extra kilo laying around I can have haha

I had the same exact problem and the most annoying part was it always happened like clock work. I'd sit down and be fine for about 20-30mins and out of the blue
my eyes would get dry and heavy and I'd start nodding out and waking myself up. It got embarassing on certain days because I looked like I was on drugs the way I was trying to fight it.
Coffee did not work or do much at all. Running right before class would just delay it a little longer. Like I'd make it an hour through and then when I came down from the workout it was 100xs harder to stay awake than not working out before class.
Now, some very strange things help a lot and will likely shock the shit out of you.
Nodding off in class almost always starts in your eyes. You get tired and for w/e reason in the world your body stops pumping fluids into your eye socket. Rubbing
my eyes always seemed to give me an extra couple mins awake, but then I was rubbing them literally all class.
This is a nifty trick that helped me a lot so go do it and report back. BUY SYSTANE. Before class put 2 drops in each eye. This didn't stop me from falling asleep completely but what it did was allow me to keep my eyes open wayyy longer, which made it easier to stay awake overall. Bring it too class because if your eyes get dry/heavy 45mins into class again just take it out and put the drops in right in the middle of class.
It helped me a lot and I'm still not 100% why. Also, visine, clear eyes or any of that shit is useless. It has to be systane and only systane worked at keeping my eyes open.
Second tip. Again very simple if you JUST DO IT you will notice how much it actually helps. CHEW ON GUM. Keep it in your mouth the entire class. It could be the blood flow to your brain from chewing, or the simple fact that chewing is compulsive and its near impossible to get tired as your doing it. But you have to try it and see how it works for you. The reality is any sort of candy can help (doesn't have to be sweet thats a myth) but gum is best because it requires more muscle contraction and overall movement.
Last, just a few drug/herb tips.
Modafinil can be bought almost anywhere online w/out a prescription like steroids . If you need help finding it just pm me.
Tramadol is even easier to find and imo much stronger stimulant wise than modafinil although its also an opiate. A weak one but its a stimulant opiate as its atypical.
Also lets not forget. ANYTHING that blocks pain blocks fatigue. Fatigue is a form of pain and unless the painkiller you take is a sedative, most painkillers weak or strong invariably give you energy. Experiment and think about taking an ibuprofen before class. You can also get tramadol easily and cheap but just beware as it
has withdrawals just as bad as heroin. Although it takes much longer to get hooked on.
Hmm what else? Get up and leave class, wash your face off in the bathroom and wet your head down. I'd sometimes throw a hat on to keep my head wet it wasn't uncomfortable but just the different feeling in general helps keep you up. Anything unfamiliar to the senses can be stimulating in effect, use that to your advantage.
Smelling salts are another idea but I fvckn despise them myself.
And my final recommendation, 2 legal herbs. But you take a little bit of either one and know wtf you are doing if you buy either one of them.
Kratom. Its legal (borderline) and well prices. 100gms can last you a month easily for like $50. Take 2 tablespoons with orange juice and wash that shit down.
You WON'T fall alseep and it won't make you shakey unless you overdo it and take a lot.
Kanna leaf. Known to have a fairly potent stimulant effect (along with mood increase) at low dosages. I keep some on me all the time but you can't order
the shit from US otherwise your bound to get the wrong strain (too long to explain why). Only legit kanna I buy comes from canada. Its wonderful in so many ways to take before class and will absolutely keep you awake + its a strong/clean/natural ssri. Read about it. You will wanna talk a lot on it though as it makes you happy as shit, and noone will be able to tell you're on anything so don't worry. If you buy kanna don't eat 4 hours before taking it and don't swallow it. You put it under
your lip like chewing tobacco and chew on it for 15mins untill it kicks in. Theres tons of fake kanna and kratom out there so don't buy any of these legal herbs unless you contact me first. Its a shame but its the way it is as legit kratom & kanna are wonderful supplements and very few people know about them. Others buy fake leaf than talk trash about it but you have my word these are strong ethnobotanicals.

I actually was trying to find a piece of gum today because I knew that helps keep you awake and focused and I left my eye drops in my dorm so I didnt have them but I will bring them with me to class tomorrow and see if that helps any. As far as those stimulants go...PM time lol

Modifinal, Modalert, etc. Buy online. Start with 50mg to study effect. Can go up to 200 mg. 100mg usually does the job and then some!

wake up at the same time everyday, no matter what time you go to bed the night before. i know thats a hard concept for a college student, but it will work wonders in regulating your body/brain function.

I havent heard of those Shol'va, and thanks for originally suggesting that Rider I might have to give them a try because I am pretty sure I did awful on my microbiology lecture test yesterday and my lab test today...I hope not but i am almost positive its gonna be below a 60 on the lecture one. I gotta make a C or better in this class. The lab is 50% of the grade, and the lecture just consists of 4 tests counting the exam and the lowest of the 4 gets dropped..... I gotta step my shit up lol
