maybe il go ahead and post some info, stats are

    height 5'10
    weight 172
    bf% 10

to give what my diet is roughly like
meal1 oatmeal with raisins and dates
    3boiled eggs
meal2protein shake with oats in it
meal3 baby spinch leaves with a whole cooked chicken breast in it(italian dressing)
    meal4 2chicken breasts
    meal5 same as meal3
meal6 2chicken breasts with a cup of rice
then another protein shake and thats my day, but im also snacking on boiled eggs throughout the day or chicken that i cook.

i have just started taking creatine as of 2 days ago but ive been pretty vascular before i got on it so i dont think its that, although my muscle do feel a little tighter nothing major by any means

anything else you want to know just ask

it's cuz yer skinny and have low BF%... I out weigh you by 70 lbs, and have more BF%, so I think it is self explanatory?

I agree with you that it is probably not the creatine.

Nice diet, maybe you can go to the diet section instead of the lounge, and also include your macros... what kind of rice do you eat?

    how old are you?

how did you determine your bf%?

With all due respect, really TR?

Don't get me wrong, it's far from the worst diet i've seen, but it's got some major flaws IMO. The OP isn't here for diet advice, so I won't go into detail here and will shut up now. =)

It's definitely not the creatine. Creatine will cause you to retain water to an extent, so if anything you might find yourself losing a bit of vascularity once it's completely loaded in your system.

Post up some pics if you want some honest reviews.

When I didn't see the macros, I really didn't look much further, but now that you've brought it up, yes, I now see a comple lack of veggies except for the baby spinach leaves... additionally, except for the serving of rolled oats in the morning, everything else is pure protein.... insufficient complex carbs, no fruit for PWO.... heavy reliance on protein shakes....

....you are right in calling me out... I was getting lazy and didn't look too carefully. Thanks for the heads up

well right now ive been trying to lose a few pounds of body fat, might not be the best diet to go about it but its been working over the last 2weeks. i do throw like a peanut butter sandwhich in there for a little bit of carbs. and for fruit il have like a fruit cup(peaches, oranges, pears), and no i dont really eat veges much i just eat an ungodly amount of baby spinach leaves, and no i dont take any no products i have in the past and well it feels like im on them now pretty much when im not. and how i came up with 10% body fat well i tried a couple of different online calculators and they seemed to all hit around 10. as for pics il try and put some up later today i normally fail at doing this but il try.

thanks for the posts so far guys

No worries bro, and for the record I most certainly wasn't calling you out in an effort to make you look bad or anything, but I think you already know that. It's just that if the OP had posted this in the diet section, we'd be ripping it apart (in a respectful manner of course =P ). I'm a bit jaded by how meticulous we are over there, so sometimes I jump all over presumably innocent comments like yours. =)

Agreed. Nobody is here to bash anybody else, at least not established members. TR and I have had plenty of conversations and 'know eachother', at least through the forum. I offer alot of diet advice and it isn't always on point; I appreciate it when it's brought to light, because that's how we all learn. We are here to keep eachother all in check and get eachothers backs.

    And LMAO @ DSM!!

Cheers man, if it's working for you then no need to fix what ain't broken. If you change your mind and want to tighten up your diet, get your ass over to the diet section and we'll get you sorted out! =)

ahh ok i was just unsure where to put it, i didnt want to put it in the diet section and it be the wrong spot so i thought safest bet would just be the lounge. just because it was more of wondering why im feeling so pumped. i talked with damienm05 about a clean bulking diet but forgot to ask about a proper diet to trim down first.

Thanks! When I'm wrong, I'm wrong....simple as that.... I make many mistakes, and I'm not afraid of that... what I don't like are the blokes that are sometimes wrong, but will argue for the sake of trying to save face... you know the type....

and Gbrice.... I didn't take it the wrong way... and I do appreciate the heads up....

    back to OP...

I didn't hear your answer when I asked you how you determined your BF%

at 10% and 170lbs... I'd say you should be thinking of a bulking diet?

Hmm, you guys would have FUN with my diet.

Id say having 5 solid meals including 2 shakes (somewhat whole food) is pretty dam good! I know, i know, this is THE never ending diet debate...but just so you fellas know, im oppossing. :-)

mate, the reason I asked is i suspected it was a "guess". If you are serious, invest in a set of "steel" calipers... my first set was the cheap type, and arrived for me to discover made of plastic (broke after third use...no, i'm not too gentle).... there are 5 to 7 places for you to check, (the more the better)... this is the best way for you to know.... you can chart your progress which is probably a better indication of your progress than compared to a static number.

There is much to learn. To be honest, I've been working out on and off all my life, and I learned much myself after becoming as member here.

    Good luck to you
