Does anyone on here from the UK run their own web design buisness ?

The reason I ask is because I have a young brother that is struggling to get a sniff of any job in the industry. Every single interview he has went to,the employer wants experience. How do you get this without someone giving you a chance. If anyone in the buisness or know's anyone,could you pass on his website so that they can have a look. Can i contact him for a date ?

He seems qualified. First i am not sure i would list his grades (seeing there are C's). Just list the courses taken. If the employer wants a GPA then provide it. Maybe he is bombing on the interviews. A lot of web guys might be really skilled at what they do but if they have the personality of a rock its not going to get them far.

P.S
The easiest way to get into a company (if he can swing it). Offer the company that you will work for free for say a month. Seeing/hearing this will def get an employers attention. Then he can go on to say he will prove in a months time he is worth it at his expense.
