    need advice on connective tissue

Im 17 years old recently got surgery done for a torn labrum and the doctor has me doing 3-4 months physical therapy for it which is slowly solving my 5 month long problem, my question is after im done with therapy is there any type of supplement or exercise that will help promote more connective tissue so that this does not happen again ?

Yeah sorry you have to be 18 to be a member and post but you can still read and learn.
No magic pills or juice to keep this from happening. Adding some Glucosamine to your diet wont hurt.
Use this to help heal and build up strength again. It has helped me a LOT

Now learn to warm up better. 90% of injury is do to not warming up and poor form. Dont try to lift to heavy to quick. No need to be trying to max out all the time. Working reps to failure is better.
