Wow, if I ever fall into a situation like this, I would be thanking god for choosing this guy to rob me. He seems like a good man, just under some pressure. The economy is really taking a hit at even the best of people. Funny yes, but sad at the same time.

Yah I saw this. He was totally setting himself up for if/when he gets caught.

Then he can plead the sob story.

Like he didn't know there was a camera in a convenient store.

Good point. You might be right about that. It won't be too pretty for him if that gun turns out to be real.

Wonder if he would get a lesser sentence due to being nice?? doubt it.. gonna see more and more of these until the economy picks up again

Wow. Makes you realize how out of touch Obama's are when you hear them talk about the economy. I remember when Bush gave us the $500 tax break and they asked Michelle Obama her thoughts on it. Her reply, "You can't even get a decent pair of ear rings for that."

1. What does a guy robbing a liquor store have to do with the Obamas being "out of touch?"

2. The rebate check was $600.
