My wife hasn't made me pho but her and her family eat it several times a week. I'd rather have a big plate of meat!!!!

She made me sushi last night and turkey stuffed bell peppers in the afternoon. Fantastic meals.

I think we just both got sick of it honestly and, we weren't motivated to continue. She's actually the one that brought up the notion of discontinuing this whole thing. I was so excited but didn't want to show it and I ultimately agreed and we called it off.

It was definitely an interesting experience, a little bit different every year in fact. I remember the first year being awful because we weren't prepared, and then each year it got a little bit better with the exception of another year, can't remember which one it was, but when you're prepared and have what you need to make decent meals, then it's definitely doable.
