    Common protocol is to mix 2 cups of fresh shit with 1/2 cup of dextrose.

    Others make shit jerky, freeze dried shit, pan fried shit patties, and a very well known favorite is shit-loaf, combining very soft shit w/oatmeal and baking the shit out of it for 45 mins.

    Let the shit cool, then eat that shit.

    A little off topic, but he had one of the best looking physiques on the site imo. It was a real bummer when he passed. Very knowledgable guy as well.

    i myself dont know for sure iv heard some people say it was a overdoes of pain killers

    some think it was a mix of his diet and cardio training you should read up on what he did to get ripped like he is in that picture

    he was a man who pushed his limits and when he got stuck he would push even harder to break past he was a crazy mofo but a great guy to learn from
