I'm sure I am due to life experiences, upbringing and culture but at the same time I have always tried not to judge, not to be 100% sure about anything and willing to listen, think, learn and to understand that everyone has different life experiences and cultural differences that gives them different views. Because something is right for me does not mean it is right for everyone.

I don't think people actually understand what judging is. Its when you attach ANY label to a person.
I think what you're really saying is "I don't judge people within the first 30 seconds I meet them". But in terms of this car salesmen, you just judged him after you *assumed* to know him.
Since we never really know people, we're technically always judging as long as we use a label to desribe them in our own mind.
You just did this, therefore you are judgemental.
You can say "I try not to judge people". But noone can ever say "I don't judge people". You do. If you think about them on any level, its impossible otherwise. This is actually psych 101 I guess you never took it? Its where that whole word "inherent" comes into play. I'm not trying to offend you but
you seem to be living in a bit of a bubble. Ok no thats not true. See I just judged you. It could be that you just don't know. That would be a much
more accurate judgement (I assume) but I can still be wrong.

Because I got to know him on a more personal level Bojangles. THATS how I knew!! I never made a preconcieved notion based solely on his tattoos.......otherwise....I would of judged him alone on that and never got to know HIM; as an individual. What he's done in life...experienced...seen.

Let me give you another example. You're a police officer working in Miami in the middle of July and a man comes charging towards you with a long black trench coat on. Are you gonna be a little cautious and maybe reach for your firearm? Probably. It's not a crime to be weird wearing a trench coat when its hot as balls out, and at the same time, it's not a crime to label the man as a possible threat to you and the surrounding community.
