Geely Scooter mods?

I just got a 49.5 cc geely scooter, 2 stroke air cooled.

what are some mods i can do that can up the speed. im runnin about 42mph max on flat ground and does decent on the hills but slows down to 33mph

Lots of scooters have big bore kits available 75cc-100cc these are the only things that are really worth it since the pipes and carb air cleaner mods mainly just increase the RPM not the torque so all you wind up with is a noisy ass scooter that is a little faster on flat ground but just as slow up a hill.
