Looking at fat peoples carts in the checkout line....
I can't help it I'm always snooping at what other people are buying when I'm sitting around the checkout line. One common denominator I've noticed is fat people LOVE soda. Like half the fvcking cart is filled with soda. Yeah you may only eat 2000 calories a day and you're still fat but how many calories are you DRINKING?

funny thread. everyone looks at what other people are buying, human nature. definitely a fact, you are what you eat! most of the carts i see are filled up with frozen pizzas, chips, little debbie snacks, and other processed quick meals.

Costco line ups are the best. Some morbidly obese person standing, NO leaning, on their cart with a bag of chips open waiting to pay. The rest of the cart is full of econo size bags of chips, frozen pizza's and of course, diet pop

You should go to Sam's Club one day. Our cart is filled with egg whites, fruit, chicken and vggies. The fatties are all chips, soda and microwaveable food.

I don't do the big stores more than once a year. I do, however, get a little longing for some of the things they have in their carts. The only thing that keeps me from buying the same things as them is knowing how good I feel without the junk in my body -- along with laying a good foundation for my kids on how to eat properly. I think it is odd that it is so much easier to spend less money on junk food compared to what I spend on good food.

I was at Costco over the weekend getting twenty pounds of chicken, a bunch of canned tuna and a huge bag of rice. I couldn't believe the stuff other people had in their carts. Some of those people seem to live on soda and processed microwave food. And everyone had some sort of sweet baked good. Bastards. It is hard for me to resist granola and baklava.

I don't really judge them anymore being a drug addict at one point in my life i guess i learned to be a little less judgmental and realized that it is their drug. in the long run if you abuse food, steroids , rec drugs anything it is unhealthy. Pick your poison.

bro trust me even ***** can be bad for you. I have friends that finished top of their class smartest kids at top colleges and they spend their time ****ing around chasing tail 24/7 i am totally down with that dont get me wrong. But think how much time you save if you have a chick, you can be a lot more productive in a way it can be liberating, because you can actually focus on important shit and still have a nice pussay to come home to.

I do this all the time and cringe at the site of a 400lb person with not a basket......a freaking flatbed LOADED with junk. Going to BJ's and looking at the trash these people eat is amazing.
It is like and you wonder why you are fat and can barely walk......

i sorta feel sorry for fat people actually. of course when you look at their carts it's full o' shiit. to me, when I see fat people like that, it's almost a cry for help, like they've given up or something.

I noticed this also however I was waiting in line at a local recycling center where I saw a family in their van unloading big black bags of recyclables which are mostly soda cans/bottles. In my head I was like whoa! that's a lot of freaking sodas. And after thinking that I looked at them and noticed that every single one of them are overweight. Now every time I'm in a recycling center I can almost guess what a person looks like by looking at their recyclables.

I buy all my veggies there now. My unknown bad thing when I was 35-40% was coffee. I would have this giant coffee in the morning with two TABLESPOONS of sugar and a bunch of cream. Not milk or creamer - blend cream. When I calculated the calories on Livestrong when I started dieting it clocked in about 190 calories. I would drink two of these every day.

Lmfao! I thought i was the only person who did this...or atleast as judgementally as i do! Its here, in the walmart line, did i find the phrase "you are what you eat" to be 100% accurate. Fat people: tons of processed crap athletic/muscular: proteins and veggies. Its really quite amusing to me. You think they (fatty's) would realize "hey, maybe its the food i eat!?"...but nope, theyre blind.

Great thread!
In my fat fvck days, I used to have all the sh!t in my cart up at the counter, and would 'pretend' I was stocking up for a party to offset my embarrassment. Like, i'd have a list, and would usually be with my wife or something, and would say "ok, so do we have everything?? Remember, 30 people!!"
Nowadays, I feel so proud of what's in my cart, I WANT everybody to look. Chicken breast, fish, blueberries, eggs, tuna, spinach, bananas, etc. Feels really good to be the healthy one, because I know what the other side feels like.

How true that is. I use to have a can crusher in my garage for recycling. I dont think I have had a can of pop in my house in years now and took down the can crusher about 5 years ago.
I do buy Caffeine free Diet Coke once in a while. My buddy likes it to mix his Rum with. I use OJ for my Vodka. lol
