I can feel the primo kicking in already....I'll start the var on Friday......
Nothing of course physically has changed yet....If I know my body; just one more week...and it will.

Alright...just an update....so....its going into my third week. And, thought I'd update for those men who maybe curious of a female cycling.....and somethings that may specifically effect me.
so....my liquid var (which tastes like sh*t btw)....is giving me results quickly. This is my first time using liquid and am loving it.
My strength has really increased significantly at the gym. My body has changed shape (seems to give more of a muscular / curvy appearance due to the V increasing and shoulders getting fuller). So....getting "those looks" at the gym by regulars probably wondering many things.
I'm leaning (though haven't ramped up cardio too much yet); getting a tad more vascular (from primo) which is more difficult for me than some other woman genetically.
My drive to workout and get a good pump is crazy.....and all I can think about is eating clean to nourish what my body needs at this time. Still....a cheat to refeed of course.
Thought I'd also add...that yes...has already messed up my "system", but believe me....there are worse things in life than missing out on "that"!

keep posting i am always interested....i myself might run a test,primo,var cycle in the future so id like to here about the synergy that the primo and var might have and its effects on you...thanks, ghetto

Well...I'm 146; down from 151. And bf is 13% from around 18%. Primo cycle is almost done; I'll stay with var for another month.
Strong gains....just for example
Shoulder military press - 65 lbs
Leg presses - 360 lbs
Barbell curl biceps - 60 lbs
Just a few
Much leaner in the midsection (tough for us woman); and legs. Arms and shoulders have a very definite look to them....can't wear long sleeve anymore unless it's spandexy...
