I work in a environment that is frustrates me daily. No HR, loud co-workers with no respect for others working around them.

It has gotten to the point that I have to slam my office door shut. I am to wits end that no one in my office speaks english unless it's directly to me. I wonder if there is a labor law against this or something cause it's driving me nuts.

I also teach college level courses after my day job and I am so happy that I do not have an environment like this at school.

Anyone else want to assault there co workers?

It's mostly just a culture thing. They yell but not really yelling most of the time. If HE is Chinese then it's also a Ego thing and you should punch him. LOL I have known many Asian people who had Chinese bosses and yeah they like to yell and demoralize their workers. They seem to think everyone is worthless who works for them except family but they wont hire other Chinese or family because then they would have to pay them more reasonable.

Yeah I work for a company that has hired all indians and they drive me crazy a fvck with there head movements and language. They also ask to many fvckin questions about "Ahmedika". they think they speak better english than american's BTW because they were colonized by the british and speak british english lmfao, they dont even come close to speaking british english, more like bangladesh english. And the side to side head movement when they speak and answer a question, its like horizontal nystagmus of the head. Also I can never get a fvckin yes or no when asking a question. I always get a fvckin life story about how this & that. (worthless in all aspects of life)

Its not their nationality or the way they speak english (only Hindi) that bothers me its their level of fvckin stupidity and lack of common sense. Having said that India does not have a shortage of dumb fvcks.

WOW, this thread was made for me. I spend 3/4 of my life thinking and talking about all the faces I want to smash, just because of they way they talk, move, blink, etc. Yea, i'm really wrapped up with people's stupid nuances and 'rituals'. This isn't just at work either, it's in the gym as well.

There's this guy in my office... he was a general contractor who had a stroke, so my company bought/absorbed his business because he couldn't work anymore after the stroke. Instead of this guy retiring and knowing when it's time to throw in the towel, my company had to set up a small office for him in our building, and he's around all day doing absolutely nothing - they just did it so he feels like he still has value in life. I say FVCK THAT!!! This guy limps (badly) around our office all day with his half working slack jaw hanging open and gets in the way. I'm serious. If you are unfortunate enough to get stuck behind him in a narrow corridor, good luck. I've also almost knocked him out several times by opening a door and he's like.. right there. He's a detriment and hazard to himself and people in the company. I'm tired of this crap, too bad if he feels bad, somebody tell this guy to RETIRE!!!

That's just the tip of the iceberg - I swear to you, 95% of the faces I see, I just wanna smash. There are VERY few people that don't irritate the sh!t outta me. I hate this one dirtbag in the gym who constantly scratches his nasty ass foul 70's style mustache, then he's touching gym equipment. Here's an idea - SHAVE THAT DISGUSTING FVCKING RAT OFF YOUR UGLY MUG AND IT WOULDN'T ITCH!!!!

There's a woman in my gym with a mechanical claw... yep, full on mechanical limb. Some people will say "good for her!! She's an inspiration, showing that you can still do what you want in life despite this or that..." - I say FVCK THAT! While I do feel bad for her situation (don't get me wrong, i'm not a heartless piece of sh!t), I say "c'mon lady, consider a little home gym, or AT LEAST wear a long sleeve - you're affliction is making people uncomfortable!!"

ok So regarding punching ppl. I work in IT. And no matter where you work teachers, shipping companies etc you will find stupid ppl. Here are example, Our Senior accountant asked IT department if she can have Skype on her Black berry even though when you try to go to skype's website our firewall blocks it and a message appears saying it against companies policy. We have health insurance through third party and you can print out their forms etc from THEIR website. A request just came in saying insurance companies website is down can we do anything about it.
SO the other day email server went down. after 48 hours when we restore everything the FIRST email that came in was one stupid b!tch telling all the customers via email that the email is down....how the hell you think it will work when the email is down..........
conclusion.....Ppl are stupid there is nothing you can do about it.
