    good luck buddy felt good im sure im battling assult charges now for the same reason it want feel too good with a 3 or 4 year sentence esp. if they hit u with 1st degree trust me from exp. did 5 yrs 10 months its not fun take your loses and avoid jail time next time not worth 300 bucks

    So when the cops come to arrest you for assault and it cost you another $2500 for bail, $5000 for an attorney retainer will it still be worth it?

    Personally I would have just written it off. Anytime you loan money to someone you know (ie friend) consider it a gift and if you get it back it's a blessing/bonus. Punching someone over $300 is stupid.

    I think he probably part of a plan from the government to take your money little by little to keep you poor.
