Actually, I am waiting for gold to plummet.
You just proved my point to a T. Gold, Silver has no demand in the market place. It's use in our world is minimum at best. Oil on the other hand is a constant and never lessens.

Because in Kuwait we produce 3.4 mmboe per day and mix it at the worlds largest refinery, in Saudi Arabia its about half the price as Kuwait.

This is true. Second or third is America as long as you work for the military! My friend located in ND on an Air Force base is now paying $1.20 a gallon. None taxed, he is pretty sure it comes from the U.S. Oil Reserves.

Actually it comes from who ever AAFES purchases it from. Most US Oil is exported.

In france its about $2.13 per liter or 1.5 euro per liter. Some are even more expensive than that. Prices in europe have sky-rocketed, it sucks big time.

Well for places like the UAE, they could be up shit creek without a paddle. Despite having access to lots of oil, it's about the only natural resource they have. For example, the UEA and much of the Middle East is home to 5% of the human population, yet they only have access to 1% of the worlds fresh water. They have to use these massive desalination technologies to convert salt water into fresh, which is super expensive and needs massive amount of energy. And of course, where is that energy currently coming from...

In the future it will come down to people either switching to nuclear or biofuels.

I am impressed that you know about desalination plants, most people look dumbfounded when asked if they know what this is. And your 100% right btw
