Haz I am ready to accept you now...
As a guess in our new home !!! The BF and I are finally homeowners ! The feeling of owning your own place is great. It still hasn't sank in 100% yet. Once everything is setup I'll invite everyone over with 10% bodyfat or less for some naked hide and go seek.

I think I'm alos 12%, maybe 11.5% I'm sure I can get up to 13% or more by then.
Congratulations on the new home. It will sink in when you have to spend $10K to fix something you werent expecting. LOL
Did you buy new construction or previously owned? Give the details...
-
Got lucky and found new construction. It's all brand new and "ahhhhh." lol
Builders are good people and they have explain everything the warranty covers multi times. So no repairs for us unless I burn the house down which is a possiblity if the BF insist on me cooking.

Grats !
Now you need to join a 24 hour gym . So you have someplace to shower before going home if you stray . Having a partner and a house = complicated splitsville .

First time homebuyers in today´s US housing marked must be great.
There were, and still are many victims, but then there is the new generation like yourself that are picking up real estate for 30-50c on the $, compared to -07 prices.
New construction is the way to go.
Since u already have a relationship with the developer, tell him to let u in on a good deal for your next one.
U´ll be NJ´s gay answer to NY´s The Donald.

Hey that's a good idea. We have been all rooting for you to get/find your house and now that you are a proud new home owner post up some pics. We would all love to see it.
I'm jealous also. How I would love to be in the position to buy a new house. Ive had to buy my house 3x over the last 18 years. Last time was of course just before the market died so now I'm upside down. Ive managed to keep it through 2 divorces, laid-off from work 3x, two of them over a year so all in all it's good.
Dont freak if/when your house/walls starts to get cracks due to settling. The contractors will usually fix them at the one year mark because it will move, settle and shift for close to a year due to the 2x4s drying out. If they sheet rock guys are any good when they are finished you will never see the repairs.Last edited by lovbyts; 06-12-2011 at 10:49 PM.

I didn't realize you guys were so fat. It's ok I'll just raise the body fat limit to 20%. This way stackit can come.
