Goodnight
I think recovery is something that is over looked in this game. I try to get between 7-9 hours sleep a night depending on the days activities. More physical days I get more sleep less physical days less sleep but always no less than 7 and no more than 9.
Just wondering how many hours you guys get? And if any knows of any studies done on muscle recovery and sleep?

I usually get at least 8 hours sleep a night, sometimes 9

8 or 9 hours on week days, and 5 to 6 on weekends.

All depends...... Average maybe 8 hours of sleep but I have nights where I get no sleep and i'll have nights where I sleep 12 hours, wake up and eat, and still feel tired.

also depends if i'm using something..
on cycle it's almost impossible for me to sleep that long, but cjc1295, ghrp6 help out alotThe answer to your every question

3-4, 6 on a good night. Once a week or so I get close to 8 hrs if I'm lucky.

most nights in the summer i sleep from approximately 5 a.m. to 3 p.m.! 10 hours baby!
