Weather he did point the gun at the police or he didn't it doesn't really matter IMHO.He had a gun in his possession which is used to kill, harm, cause fear or to commit crime with. That videographer who took those pics must have been racist cause all those pics had black folks and people of color in it. But on tv I saw all races involved doing their fair share of theivery. But the black folks seem to be happier with their goodies kind of like what terraj described as christmas time for them.

About 2 months ago we had riots here after the Vancouver Canucks lost the Stanley Cup. Although the riots did not last as long (4-6 hours) much damage and injury was done, much of it blamed on the alarmingly similar lack of police presence. I believe this could be some sort of social experiment where police are specifically instructed to stand down...
