acne .org stuff for me has REALLY helped. Specifically their 2.5% benzyl peroxide treatment that you leave on your skin (don't wash off like most others). It's also not harsh like a lot of acne cleaners/creams. Another thing that has totally eliminated any cystic acne that cropped up from time to time, has been 75mg (1/2 of a 150mg) pill of generic Zantac (Ranitidine) per day. I've had bad skin for my whole life and being on TRT made it much worse. The cream plus the zantac has eliminated everything on my face, although I do still get shoulder/backne since I don't always treat those areas very well (the benzyl can discolour shirts).

You can always get yourself a kinky B/F-G/F to suck those pimples off your back. Just don't kiss them afterwards.

First things first clean up the diet 100%! No sugar not even fruit for atleast a month! veggies, meat, healthy fats like raw nuts and avocados, and if you need a small amount of carbs stick with very very complex carbs! such as quinoa, and sweet potato...this will help reduce the swelling as well as your body starve the bactera in your body.

Go out and buy these supplements:

high potency omega 3 fish oil (take 8-10 g split up 4 times a day for a month, after that just take 4g a day).

    zink once a day
Vitamin C 1500mg in morning and post workout
    Vitamin A once a day
    B-100 complex Once a day
    Vitamin E once day
Maca 5g a day (helps balance hormones)

Drink atleast 2L of water a day

Use a cleanser not a harsh face wash...the more crap you put on your face the more you will irritate it. finish with a light oil free moisturizer.

Lastly If you get acne on your back try soaking in a warm bath with 1 cup bleach, and some epsom salt a couple times a week.

proactive definitely works, just expensive, and you have to keep doing it forever.

Strong UVA/UVB from the summer sun, just don't toast too much obviously.
If not then pantothentic acid in daily doses of 5000-7000mg helped me a ton.

And I also ordered retin-a cream imported it from europe and that combined with p-acid and sun/tanning usually does the job. Just be careful with retin-a as to overusing it.

Tanning everyday and using a good acne body wash keeps the acne off of me. Everyone is different though.
