Former IFBB'er dies.
A friend of mine and former IFBB'er Luke Wood died from kidney failure this morning. RIP brother. Age 34.

He was, one of the most genuine good hearted people you could meet. Had the time of day for anyone training in the gym, always encouranging. Pretty good football player for st Chrissy's in his early days too.

Not saying this wasnt a health fondition or genetics but this is exactly why i religously take liv52 and milk thistle. Everyday for the past 3 years.
God rest his soul...

Chronic high BP will cause your kidney's serious trouble. And... We all know what increases BP.
I've followed this the last few days and I saw he had surgery and his body rejected the new kedney's... He went home on medication, but seems he go into trouble.
RIP.

Bodybuilding about 18 years, he was a genetic freak though (didnt start gear until later than most pros do). At school I remember him having massive quads just from footy. It's overused when people say how goodhearted a person was after they died, but with luke it's an understatement.

I echo what everyone else has said. I only wish he was 96 instead of 34 when he died. I hate it when good people die young. We will probably hear all the BS associated with BB'ing deaths at a young age soon if it hasn't already begun........
