have any of your guys seen Darell Gohlar's Vale Tudo takedowns DVD? i was thinking about getting it and wanted to know if it's worth the investment.for me it prob will be only because of my limited wrestling background.only wrestled for 2 years but we're talking like 10 years ago.just curious if you guys have seen it.thanks
