Ive had my teeth whitened professional a couple of years back and they need a little touch up. What are the best home kits available at present?

When you got yours done, did you get the laser treatment or did you get the plastic molds?

I got the plastic molds, and basically, when you run out of the whitening gels, you can just get some more for like, 40 quid. This inititial getting molds of your teeth is quite expensive, about 250 pounds, but once you have them, they give you a box of the gels (which come in like, 12 syringes a box, each syringe lasting about a week). All you need after that is another box, again, which is only 40 pounds. So it's pretty good, you make one, one off payment (for the plastic molds) and then all you need after that, is to keep topping up the gels which you can get from your local Dentist.

After one week, you will see a MASSIVE difference! But you'll have to use the treatment, once to twice a day for that duration. After that, once a week should be all you need to do, to maintain what you want.

LOL, I remember reading about what they used back in the day.

You can buy the whitening kits online that have a higher/stronger % of peroxide. The home kits are great. Making your own mold is easy also nowadays. Soak the plastic mold in hot water, hold in mouth/teeth for a few minutes and you are done.
