What kind of marketplace or grocery store do you shop at?

I have been for the last year been shopping at whole foods, trader joes, and market of choice in my local area. They carry non-hormone meats, raw milk and juices, and other quality foods. Just curious if any other members go the more organic non-additive foods, or just get what the cheapest there is out there.

I buy whats available and what looks good, In the Middle East/Kuwait there isnt such a thing as organic grocery stores, most of the locally grown veggies are organic anyway. Also the beef, lamb & chicken locally are organic. Its natural in this part of the world for all foods to be organic.

I stay away from the all organic stuff. I like to get as much aas/steroids without paying extra for it as possible. LOL
I have also known to many people who ONLY ate organic fruit/mean/milk and a couple of Vegans who died from leukemia and cancer. All that natural stuff will kill you.

You need some germs to make you strong.

I hit Wal Mart but find the produce is really bad the past year or so.I also hit Sams and Tops.

Each pound is like 90g protein, 40g fat. I use that to make 2 turkey burgers a day with fat free cheese and mustard. Good as ****

I look for sales on meat at the local grocery stores they can beat the big stores like costco when they have them...but if no sales costco mostly since they carry what i am looking for in bulk.
