We simply wanted to show recognition to our helpful members, as well as give newer members something to strive towards. Staff is highly involved in this board and 'good eggs' never go unnoticed!

Look towards the bottom right of the post you want to quote. There should be a 'button' you can click called 'Reply With Quote' Do this as opposed to just typing in the box at the bottom - that's just the quick reply.

This happens every so often and it is strange...my avy looks like a little fairy it is so small sometimes
but if yours is small all the time then I bet your original photo is small re: pixels etc

Thanks! Oregon so far and won the overall masters title and 2nd in the middle open but qualified for nationals so well see what happens!

Impressive and welcome to our little piece of heaven. We like to think it's a little different here in a good way than most of the other boards, more health oriented and doing things the right way for the right reasons than another board mostly pushing sponsors bunk.

Lol you look great for 43! My diet is very simple and pretty much the same year round! Clean eating counting protein and carbs not too worried about calories unless. I'm down on the other two! I use tap and track on my iPhone and that alone taught me alot about what was in the food I was eating! Start there and get enough of the two and the rest you will just tweak! Cycle your carbs is key! I know this is a small amount of my diet but keep reading and you will figure it out! Good luck

Thanks Bro! That's why I'm here! I have much to learn and my next step is HGH because I barley made weight at the top of middle class and feel I peaked on size to move up to light heavy weight so need to put on another 20lbs to be at the top of that weight class so I hope to learn what I need to from you all to accomplish just that!
