I recently watched part of Double Team, the movie with Van Damme and Dennis Rodman. Mickey Rourke was the bad guy and had a big fight scene at the end with his shirt off...he looked great. He was perfect for The Wrestler.

If you are talking about transformations from movie to movie, ya have to give it to christian bale.. Very lean for American psycho and looked sickly Ill and frail for the machinist.. He then gained 100 pounds for dark knight.. All in somewhat short amounts of time.. Then he lost the weight again for the fighter..

Joe Manganiello is definitely one to consider. Not nearly as big as Terry Crews, but has a great physique and cut like a mofo.

Not totally jacked but what about the guy from Thor? Or the guy from Capt America?

The guy that totally motivates me is Will Smith from "I am Legend" He has a build that I can totally achieve.

The guy from Thor did an interview in Mens Health and talked about putting on 20lbs in 6 months. I'm pretty sure his superpower is juice too. lol

Very likely bro. He already had a decent body, so they weren't 'newb gains'
