What made ya loose the plot last night man? I've done that meself just by sheer frustration I've a temper that never really comes out but when it does it all comes out lol.

Dude, it was the STUPIDEST shit ever... almost impossible to explain without even being in person. I was trying to get out of my office early as I had an errand to run, and just as I was rushing out of the parking lot it occurred to me I had forgotten to do something (would take 5 mins tops) - that was the start.

So I pulled my truck over violently, pissed as hell because I had to go back into the office... while walking in I noticed my boss' car wasn't there... but somehow I just KNEW he'd be back before I could get out of there and would want to chat me up about some stupid job BS... or at the very least want an explanation about why I was leaving early... and I wasn't in the mood to explain myself at the time. Double pressure - get to my errand on time, and get out of the office before my boss pulls back up.

Did my thing in the office, go to walk out the door, and SURE ENOUGH - there the fvcker is, getting out of his car. He didn't even see me, his back was turned. I stormed back into the office, went into my area where the rest of my team was, and completely lost my shit. I was screaming, don't even know half of what I said... dropped the F bomb quite a few times, and said something to the effect of "I want to rip Tom (that's my boss) limb from limb with my bear fvcking hands" ... all of this not knowing that my OTHER boss was in the room and heard the entire thing. Me and this asshole don't get along to begin with, and I don't need him having anything over me... so right after my explosion I turn to see him staring at me with this stupid grin... and at that moment I could have committed murder. I stormed out, slammed the door and went on my way.

Told ya it was stupid. In hindsight, I only had myself to be pissed at, for forgetting what I should have done in the first place - then none of this would have happened.

PS - nothing became of it today, nobody even mentioned it - maybe they're scared of me now, lol!

Lol, I was the same on Tuesday man. I was under pressure with a company I deal with to get all their stock counted and the floor stock also. You have to jump through hoops for this crowd and in general they are a bunch of dicks to deal with. I got a call at 8.45 from my boss that he was going to meet me in the place of business etc I said that was grand and he'd be there in an hour and a half.

So I was in the place looking for my stock card and low and behold the ****ing thing wasn't printed off so I had to get someone to print that for me which took 25mins which is a diaster. Then I had to rush around and made a few mistakes to the fact that I was under pressure. And basically made a complete bollicks of the call and of course the manager of the place would have to be a women and go through everything with a fine tooth comb. And then being pulled away to talk to her other managers etc wrecking my brain and wasting even more time. I understand now why women are generally regarded less in terms of business. From all my experience with them they cannot ****ing finish one thing. You see to get your order you have to get it signed off by the manager what a diaster that was she was asking stupid questions and then moaning at the fact that I didn't order more of one thing when she only added one extra case to the order I dunno she's a lunatic imo. I have 5 other bigger and what are regarded arseholes that run these places too but they all are grand with me compared to her.

And on top of that it all fell apart in front of my boss made meself look completely incompetant which wrecked my head as I was only in a job interview for another position in the company on friday last.

But I know you're exact situation there man. Same thing basically happend to me but instead of me loosing the head I made meself look like a complete and utter clown.
