    Again, I'd love to see a single routine that will deplete glycogen stores to the point that muscle breakdown has to occur. If you're consuming carbs daily, this should not be a concern.

    I wouldn't even say that. I always take in carbs PWO, regardless of the goal. When did the debate become about taking in carbs? We were talking about consuming huge amounts of sugar specifically.
