Is AR R still around?

I need to get back into research. Been a while. Just curious if they still supply products. Thanks for the input.

Yes they are. Their customer service is awful . Shipping takes about 4x industry standard. Look around there are MANY great research sites.

yea I see they are up and running again, but yea there are many other "research" options easy enough to find on the web

A RR is a perfect example of a company that thinks they are doing a customer a favor by providing their service. Its great if they are the only show in town. But they are not.

I got my order in 10 days and i'm in the UK so i'd say they are very good.

they are still up and around, got my order pretty quick, in about 4 days.

they are the only research site i've dealt with so i cant comment on comparison.

Glad I found this thread. I recieved my crimper from ***** and they sent the wrong one. I ordered a flip top and got sent the other for regular aluminum seals. I emailed them but havent heard anything back yet. Im pissed. Can anybody relate?

The rules haven't changed guys. You cant discuss research sites.

I had a similar situation . They emailed me quickly to tell me i was sh-t out of luck.

The only reason we could discuss them before was because they were a sponsor. So now the rules apply to them too

Just to give you guys an update about the wrong crimper I recieved. Great customer service by the way and I was rushed the right one and was told to keep the other because of there mistake. I would say there still a great company.

ar r has been around a whole hell of a lot longer than MANY of the people posting on this thread, ha. And blessing the lives on many along the way. It is sad to see them leave here as a sponsor, but I'm very glad to hear they are still running strong.
