hello!

I have just joined this forum for the sake of joining one to either help or definitely be helped by fellow like minded people.

About me:
I am 23 years old i have been training on and off since i was 15 i started my first cycle at the age of 16 and yes i know not the brightest decision however the older people around me training at the time thought it was a smart idea for me to start cycling. i weight trained and cycled until i was 19, at that time i was 6 ft and 90 kg or roughly 198 pounds. i then discontinued training all together and surprise surprise i turned to fat. 6 months ago i began weight training again and 3 months ago i began cycling again. however very simple cycle, roughly 750mg a week of test prop to start cycle for 3 weeks then roughly 750 mg per week for the following 9 weeks. with a 4 week off cycle on natural test and anti estrogen. when i started weighed 65 kg or 143 pounds. before starting cycle i weighed 68 149 pounds. i am about to start cycle again and after the off cycle i weigh 77 kg or 170 pounds, with a body fat of around 8%, i am hoping to achieve a keepable weight after this cycle of 85 kg or 185 pounds.

Problems:
- my chest is too strong for my back
- i have tendinitis now in my left wrist (bicep training is now very hard)
- even though my legs are strong (140kg or 308pound squat and 330kg or 720 pound leg press) they are disproportionate to my upper body and just will not grow! (sad face) i train legs i train hard on legs i don't want people to to assume i dont because of this disproportion
- my diet is good-average which id love to be able to make better

training days
monday- chest
Tuesday - Tricep
wednesday - legs
thursday - back and bicep
friday - shoulders
saturday - train everything completely
sunday - cardio
(i also complete 20-30 minutes of cardio after every weight training session.)

so thats my introduction i will add photos soon when i can and i hope i can assist and be assisted in training and cycling problems of these forums.
