24hr Gym is there anything beter ?
So my crap town opened a 24hr gym and well i jumped at that ..
No longer will i be stressing about the time and trying to get shopping done before the shops shut and squeezing in a gym session ..
No longer do i have to craw my ass out of bed at some stupid hr to go work out..
No longer do i have to force my self to goto the gym when i don't feel like it other wise i will miss out on my workout..
No longer do i have to rush though a work out to pick the kids up from school or to make sure i don't miss a appointment
Ps: there is nothing better then walking into the gym at 3am and having the whole place to your self.. never having to wait for anything or ask some one if they have finished with it... the place feels like you own it..

Do you mean a 24 Hour Fitness gym, or just a private gym that's open 24 hours ed?
I personally like the 24 Hour Fitness gyms, as I travel quite a bit and there's usually locations everywhere I go.

My gym is 24 hours.. I love having the flexibility, but now that I'm older, I only use it at regular times anyway.. When I was younger I used to be there at all did times tho

I wish Dublin had one, ive often thought about setting one up but idk if it would take off, its bound to suit alot of night workers like doormen etc but the right location would be a tough one. i dont sleep till between 4-6am and a 24hr gym would suit me down to the ground.

in victoria we have a chain of franchises named Jetts, 24 hours, about 9 dollars a weeek membership no contracts.
its good in the hours, but i dont feel they have enough equipment for people who want to push it.
example : dumbells max at 40kg
no real bench, just smith machine
all machines max around 80-100kg(leg press at 250 i think)
its convienient yes, but its more for a casual user.

Yeah this is a franchise is Snap Gym's ... its got some pretty heavy duty stuff in it .. dumbbells do only go upto 50kg but ill work that out when i get that far..
Ill take some pics next time i remember and post them on here.. i think most people would be fairly happy to have one ..

We have a few different gyms here that are open 24/7. I had one at my work up until a little over a month ago when it closed down due to the sale of the building. Luckily I just found another one on our plant that is 1/2 the price and I will have 24/7 access. I love working nights. I spend my lunch time 1hr+ at the gym on work nights.

Man, I just realized how awesome it is that I have lived most of my life with access to lots of things 24 hours. A large percentage of our population works nights for the hospitality industry so we had 24 hour grocery stores, gas stations, gyms and other businesses long before other cities did.
