Put in some extra cardio sessions this week. Christmas is only 1 day. Unless for a comp or something enjoy the food and couple of drinks.

Christmas falls on cheat meal day for me...so it works out well. Might have a beer or 2 which I normally don't do, but otherwise I'm gonna keep it as healthy of a cheat meal as possible for a christmas meal.

My family does the traditional 7 fishes... clams, oysters, squid, lobster, smelts, crab ... A lot of them are fried and go very well with a few cold beers. Ill most likely indulge in the food with out limit, and prob have a beer or 3. Lets face it , sometimes having to be in one house with the extended family is all the sacrifice one needs in a day.

Being a former fattie and seeing how ALL my family holidays revolve around the kitchen. I will have a "little" bit of everything but I'll fill up on the stuff that isn't so calorie dense. But thats me. I know how hard I worked to lose the fat now even holiday food has really lost its appeal.

I have been doing well. In the past I would put on 10 pounds between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The candy and treats I would get from vendors were the worst problem. So far this year I have had no problem skipping them. I have relaxed on keeping my macros exact, but I have stuck with my calorie count. This is mostly due to burnout, not the holidays.

Christmas and Thanksgiving are the two times a year to grub face, if you work hard enough you can and enjoy it!

Cheat. I have not had a single cookie or any of the other crap they have had for the last two weeks at work. This weekend I am eating whatever and will be back in the gym Monday.
