Gym clothes and washing...
So how many times do you wear the same clothes to the gym without washing? This should only apply to those who rarely sweat at the gym or rarely do any cardio.

I sweat a lot, and wear the same shorts to the gym for probably eight workouts before washing. My wife will tell me they stink, and that rarely happens. I will wear the same shirt multiple times as well without much of a problem.

I change everything except shorts every day. Shorts I'll run for a week about.

I would say I sweat about average. Never a heavy sweater, but with my current workout and HIIT, I get a bit sweaty. I wash cloths once a week. However, I'm not trying to pick up women and I always wear deodorant. The smell of cloths doesn't seem to travel as far as B.O does. Put on some deodorant take a shower daily, and once a week should be fine.
P.S. My girl told me to mention that I don't wash the cloths....SHE DOES. I guess I've gotta give credit where credit is due! LOL

I sweat crazy. Usually soak a my t shirt completely. New shirt; same shorts for 2-3 days. Some days I jog to the gym and stink- I just add it to the list of offenses I make that particular day.

I wear clean clothes to the gym every time.
Just curious, what do you guys who wear the same clothes multiple times do with your sweaty gym clothes afterwards? Fold them and put them in a dresser drawer with other clean clothes, leave them in your gym bag until next time........

I wear gym pants and a big top everyday even in summer. I don't sweat much but I only wear them for 2-3 days then they get washed. After gym I hang them up at home let them air out. Washing cloths that you wear for 1 hour every night is a waste of time and water IMO. But everyone's differant

The only thing that I wear that isnt clean every time I go to the gym is my shoes. I sweat profusely by the end of my workout. Even if I wanted to my clothes wouldnt be dry enough to wear the next day. And I already feel disgust at all the other peoples sweat and germs I mop up with my damp clothes...BTW.. I dont smell, just perspire once I exert myself.

Only thing I dont change daily is the gym shorts depending on how much I sweat. I wont go more than 3 or 4 days without washing them also. Everything else gets washed daily.

I can't even remember the last time I washed my gym clothes.. but my gf does em weekly..
Sometimes I'll wear my shorts/pants 2-3 times before a wash, but shirt/undies/socks never get reused until they're clean.
BTW OP thanks for startin this thread, never knew how many dirty f'n dudes were in the gym. I always assumed people followed basic cleanliness procedures.

I give credit to all the wives and gf's who wash your cruddy gym clothes....
Something sexy about a man sweating at the gym...yet the stench of the next day in the same clothes; instant stomach ache! Reminds me of my hockey bag

I will say when I was in Army and doing outdoor PT, I could go a couple of days. Even with profuse sweating on runs. Hang them up immediately and then they are fine for next day. Now gym status is way different in my opinion. sitting on a bicycle = nastiness. Those benches and machines with shared sweat is = to serious funkiness and smell.

I might wear the same shorts twice, but I never wear the same shirt. I don't like to wear dirty clothes, especially dirty crusty socks. I am always paranoid of smelling bad for some reason so I always wear cologne, deodorant, clean clothes, brush my teeth, and chew gum. I do not like bo.
