5 year r'ship gone!
I have been with my girlfriend for just over 5 years and today she said she thinks I need a break and that I should move out. So I have.....I am now staying with a friend but my stomach feels horrid and I feel a bit dizzy. Feel really lost. I dont have a home now and no work as we were made redundant in De***ber. I am 37 with a teenage daughter who I see every weekend......What do I do, my head is spinning although typing about it here has just helped my feelings?

damn, that sucks. first things first, get yourself a level head before you make any rash decisions. next, try to look for a job (this is tough, i do realize) or anything to provide yourself with some type of income to where you can get/share a place with someone, so that you can spend time with your daughter. whenever i am down, i just call my friends and try to be around positive people. hope u get it figured out soon!

Im sorry bro. But just think of how it could be worst. That seems to motivate me. Next, find a job!! Any job! It may not meet your expectations, but it will do for now! Good luck!

You can crash with me and my single bed.

One door closes and another door opens. If you can make it an opportunity then you will look back and thank her. I know for now that seems far fetched but I bet later you will see that in fact it helped you achieve even bigger dreams.
Until then stay busy. That is the key. Good luck to you.Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.Author Unknown

Life often turns us upside down. There weren’t any warning signs?

1. Find a job, establish yourself financially to the best of your ability - here we have job agencies that help you find a job, possibly the same thing available to you also.
2. Spend more 1 on 1 time with your daughter or try improve the time you have together if its possible, it'll make the both of you happier.
3. If you and your girlfriend are meant to be then it'll work out and either way you'll come out of this stronger than ever.
4. Keep lifting, will help improve your mood, take your mind off all the negative stuff and your body will be grateful.
I know how tough it is man, just gotta keep your chin up! Maybe sit down and talk with your girlfriend about the issues, see what you both need to fix to make it work if you're both in love etc
