    What's wrong with me?

I've been having some problems for a long time now. I find it very difficult to concentrate and focus, I get very irritable often, I always seem to have low energy. That, along with the fact that I have been known to suffer from depression and anxiety. The depression and anxiety are extremely intensified when I drink, the day after. I don't drink often, but when I do, I always have this problem the next day.

Do u think I suffer from low test levels? I used to cycle when I was younger, but when I had blood work done several years ago, the doc said they were in normal range. Should I get them checked again?

I won't get them checked again until I go back to the states in a few months. Do u think I can try a natural test booster in the meantime to see if there's any improvement?

    Thanks a lot, guys.

Those natural test boosters don't work for shit. And even if they did, fvcking with your body's chemistry isn't a good idea unless you know for sure what's wrong. How is your diet looking? What about your sleep? I know if I don't get enough rest, I'm an irritable zombie the next day. It might be something that requires a psychiatrist to treat for all you know.

Low test symptoms are also symptoms for a whole variety of other illnesses

Best thing to do is get your T levels checked, thyroid check, and cortisol test. I hope you have insurance. Hormonal levels are for sure an issue if you are having any trouble building muscle or losing abdominal fat, or getting any "double chin" issues out of the blue.

My low T was spotted because I got tired very easily sleeping almost 12-14 hrs a day.

Going to sleep drunk is not actual sleep, neither is sleeping a few hours after drinking something with caffeine.

The healthier I get the less interested I am in dealing with a hangover. I get anxiety/ depression the next day or 2 after drinking heavily. It also effects my sleep/eating/training habits which makes me feel even worse.

I always support someone have current blood work done. However, I would try to give up coffee and booze. Also stop eating processed foods.

Coffee and alcohol are very bad for the body. Trying going a week without them and take notes on your sleep and mood. If you can't go a week without them.. well you can go to those meetings with me for the second.

Self diagnosing test levels is highly unreliable. Definitely get blood work done so you know for sure.

Agree with everyone above that said cut out stimulants and alcohol and get a week's worth of decent sleep. Makes a huge difference for me.
