Olympic wieghtlifting shoes
So I'm looking for a good place to buy a pair olympic weightlifting shoes with a nice raise in the heels, i have no flex in my ankle I was born with it and was a toe walker for most of my life and for the most part have grown out of it but it still effects my squat alot (Im forced to squat on machines or with my heels on plates ) . Also im looking for excercises to help stetch my ankles so that maybe I can gain some flex in them.
Anyone have any good places or adviceLast edited by doxmaster; 03-13-2012 at 11:39 PM.

This is the thread I was thinking of.

There are some pictures but not a lot of help or suggestions. I think it may have been my fault getting it off track. lol
If you do a search for wieghtlifting shoes or just shoes and do a search titles only there are quite a few threads on them. Mostly squatting shoes.

Legitmately after reading that thread and seeing the gay comments and some of the shoes with high heel references I feel like sawing off my feet because of their condition.
