An where else would you like to live? Somewhere with less tax but no opportunity to earn the type of income you obviously earn. 6 figures I assume with that tax bracket... Try earning that income in the states. See what it costs to live(or not live depending on where your at)

but i have to pay $350 a month for health insurance that seems to cover shit and pay a co pay at every dr and script i fill, add that with my lower tax rate i may pay it probably works out to more then your 35%

Prescription drugs are not free without insurance here in Canada. I know health care would be expensive but here they just waste tons of money because it is government run. Neither system is perfect.
