Fitness trainer gains and loses 70 pounds in 1 year on purpose.
I think the link below says it all.

He is probably going to sell a lot of books. Not sure if it will be enough to make doing that worthwhile, though.

his client books will be full, he will write and sell a couple books, tv interviews, women who want to fvck him after seeing him on tv, make big $$$
damn right it was worth it assuming that it was actually a 12 month timeline as claimed
but i wonder will he admit to clients of the probable use of likes of slin, gh, t3, dnp
its not possible naturally

i dont know why this way in an article yesterday...I have seen and did back ground on this guys story a month ago....?
and its way different to once be in tip top shape, gain 60lbs, than get back into shape...just like all the guys in the fitness mags that are paid by companies to sell products in ads. They get them in the off season or after and injury, ask them to pack on a few more pounds than the shred pretty fast cuz its more back to the bods natural state. way friggan different that someone thats had a life of being over weight and the mind set/habbits that go with it
he even has his own forum lol

not sure if I believe these pics(the eternal, paranoid, pessimist in me) I have lost and gained weight, nothing near as dramatic as theses pictures claim. If he put all that fat 70 lbs on top of the original muscle ....well would he still look like he used to workout? and look bigger? I suppose if his original muscle was only do to AAS I suppose..............nah, I don't by it.

Totally believable. Ever seen pictures of fat Lee Priest in the off season?

I liked his man boobs.
Realist: A person who sees things as they truly are. A practical person. The pessimist complains about the wind; The optimist expects it to change; The realist adjusts the sails. — William Arthur Ward

I should have blogged about my recent weightloss. I went from 285 pounds in De***ber to 230 in March. I went from mid 20s bodyfat with a 40 inch waist to low teens with a 33 inch waist and 6 clearly visible abs with diet and training alone
I could probably have made a lot of money off of it
