Wow, losing 10lbs alone would make me depressed! Lol.

My production has dropped over the past week because of the torn calf muscle. I've never torn a muscle in my life before this.....and I never hope to again! Earlier in the week it was looking like a compartment syndrome but a quick ER visit ruled that out - thank god!

I've been resting the leg as much as possible but if I'm up to it today (i.e. if intestinal issues are better) i'll be putting some time in the gym out here in Cali. A week of being sedentary is making me crazy!!!!

If I come up flat in the gym, I'll likely heed your advice and reset my cycle when I'm running closer to 100%.....although I've read in the medical literature in Pubmed that AASs can promote faster recovery (as GH does as well).....as long as those benefits outweigh the risks of cycling when you are less active.

stuff from the stores is bunk IMHO.

Thanks GGR. I like hearing about these alternatives. I think another reason we are seeing so many old and new viruses emerging as well as the frequencies of illnesses rising has a lot to do with our food supply - much of which lacks the nutrients of yesteryears because of how food is processed and handled today. The benefits of our food chain has declined and likely exposes us to pathogens we were better prepared for in the past.

The Crohn's case you stated is a perfect example!
