    damn flu

    Well i got my gear check
    My diet check
    My pct check
    My program check
    And now i got the bloody flu...check
    at least i havnt started my cycle yet prob put everythung back a week or two...

    I never get flu shots. I see them as a way to steal peoples money. I know numerous people who get them yearly yet still get the flu.

    Just rest, take it easy, and get well. Its the best way to go about it. Waiting a week or so wont kill you
