i was eating or eat some.
no meds only thing i take before bed is ZMA which i started 3 weeks ago and my sleep has been the best since. i used to wake up 4 or 5 times a night even with GH but since the ZMA i only get up once a night.

You frequently have problems waking up at night?
I've used ZMA and the worst it gave me was weird-ass dreams, and i'm someone who never ever dreams. A couple times, very very rarely, i've woken up and moved small things around, or had something in my hand (like my wallet or cellphone) when I woke up in the morning and didn't remember a damn thing, but it's mostly stuff that's on my night table or something nearby easy to grab. Like I said, very very rare though. But never have I gone downstairs and opened the cupboards to eat food, and brought it back into bed with me lol.

That's funny as hell. I've never sleep walked, but a buddy of mine did when we were kids and I saw him do it once. It was pretty insane.

All the time. I have woken up with food still in my mouth. Once I woke up with stacks of crackers in perfect rows of 6 across my chest.

Everyone will have different reactions to things. For example, a lot of people say HGH makes them have vivid dreams and sleep better. I found I slept normally (not more or less than usual) and never got any dreams.

Many people get up while sleeping and eat.

Sleep Eating Disorder
What is it?
Actually Sleep Eating Disorder (SED) is more often considered a sleep disorder than an eating disorder But, as the consequences show it is both. It is also frequently referred to as Sleep-Related Eating Disorder(S-RED) or sometimes as Nocturnal Sleep-Related Disorder(NS-RED)
It is a condition in which a person gets up to consume food during the night. It is an involuntary/unconscious action and the person has no recollection of the episode when they awake.
The amounts of food consumed tend to be large and as such make it difficult for the afflicted person to accept that it was all eaten by them. When they finally do, it can be embarassing. It can also be frightening especially for people who leave by themselves and always wake up to find missing food plus signs of activity around the kitchen or dining areas and yet have no memory of being the doers of everything they see
Medical research into sleep eating disorder has shown that sufferers tend to consume high fat and high sugar foods. On a number of occasions some people have been show to get up and walk or drive to 24-hour fast food store, eat in or take out food and still have no memory of the episode.
Given what has been defined of SED above, it should not be confused with Nocturnal Eating Syndrome (NES), where a person compulsively and consciously wakes up at night to consume food. The types of foods consumed may tend to be the same but the conditions are different and should be dealt with differently.

You should try Ambien. MANY people have been reported to get up and cook a full meal, eat it and dont remember anything except being very confused about the dirty dishes in the morning.
I have personally experienced this and many other things. Best one was taking an ambien and sitting down on the couch for 5 minutes before going to bed but woke up to the head bob and when I woke up I had a 1/2 empty bag of Cheetos and the other 1/2 smashed all over my face, shirt, lap and floor. What a fvckn mess. I had to stand up, brush off and go get the vacuum. I have been reported doing head over heals rolls over my bed and buying things on eBay with no memory of it until even after it arrived in the mail.
I use to have videos of the ex sleep walking after taking an ambien talking about the people in the pictures on the wall moving and the wood grain on the cabinets looking like it's slowly bleeding or dripping. It also makes people VERY impressionable and agreeable especially when it comes to sex. LOL
