Your nuts will come back... they do shrink while your on. Man, mine are at like 70% right now.

But I've gained 10 lbs in 5 weeks.

the only thing that shrinks is your bag, not your missle. It stays the same and in some cases even packs more power. But the bag will fill back up with the goods as soon as your off.
